Lowe, Judge DECISION OF THE COURT DELIVERED BY THE HONORABLE JUDGE DENNIS Defendant, Eric Frank Prudholm, was convicted by a jury of armed robbery, La. R.S. 14:42, and aggravated rape, La. R.S. 14:64. He was sentenced to serve fifty years at hard labor without benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence for armed robbery and life imprisonment for aggravated rape. We affirm.
